Personal training is just that: personal. Not one body is created equal and therefore no program is created equal. The first step is to do a goal-setting session to identify your health and fitness needs and wants in order to create the most customized program possible. 

How does training with Debbie work?

Once a program is set, then the fun and progress begins as workouts are custom created, monitored for progression, and adjusted when necessary. Personal training includes but is not limited to:

-resistance training with weights

-body weight exercises

-band exercises

-balance exercises with and without exercise props

-cardio conditioning and self-driven supplemental cardio workouts

All sessions are lead in person or virtually (live). Each workout is documented electronically and available at any time for client access. 

Measurements are taken routinely via weight and inches in order to optimize results.
